Vancouver and the surrounding landscapes offer nearly unlimited opportunities to enjoy being outside on the trails. Whether it be the downtown oasis of Stanley Park, the cathedral of trees and over 55k of trails in Pacific Spirit Park, or the infinite options from flat and graded to extremely remote and rugged of Vancouver’s North Shore, I want to share my love of the trails with you!

Pacific Spirit Park
Pacific Spirit Regional Park, located on Vancouver’s west side near UBC, is my home turf. I run here most days, and would love to join you to explore these incredible trails. I offer sessions of various lengths, which can include running, walking, or both. We can chat about trail running, general fitness goals, running nutrition, running as meditation, or simply enjoy being in the forest. Our first session will be a chance to get to know each other in a relaxed manner. In subsequent sessions we can start to focus on specifics, whether that be physical work on running form and building fitness, or mental work such as a finding a meditative practice as part of the outing.

North Vancouver Mountains
The mountains of North Vancouver offer world-class trail running. From relatively flat trails along rivers to epic ridge lines, from popular viewpoints to truly rugged wilderness, from fast runnable trails to hair-raising scrambles, these mountains have it all.
